A visionary with various talents.  Darius is devoted to his passion for floral design and event management.  A passion for plants and flowers cultivated at a young age when his father would purchase plants and flowers for him every two weeks. After working with a florist in Illinois in 2014, he knew that floral design would be a life-long passion. Over the past 7 years, Darius continued to seek out opportunities to explore his passion and excitement for floral design and event management.

Darius has a variety of experiences that solidify his credibility.  He got started in college as the Coordinator of Cultural Arts Programs, and later became the Chairman of all 11 event and programming teams. In 2015 Darius briefly worked as an Event Architect for a South Asian wedding planning company in Chicago, and in 2014 interned for the Events and Programming team at Summerhall in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom. Darius has also worked for luxury retailers Coach and J.Crew. Through all of his experiences, Darius manages to incorporate various aspects of design in his daily life, which continues to strengthens his creative lens and sparks a sense of pride in all that he does.

Darius earned his Bachelor of Arts at Eastern Illinois University in Public Relations, Master of Arts from Ball State University, and Certification of Organizational Leadership from the Merrick School of Business at The University of Baltimore.
